A-Series – The Everyday Hero
The A-Series offers cable junction boxes for simple standard applications. The elastic material made of halogen-free thermoplastic is very handy and easy to use. The boxes are quickly mounted with external fixing points. The included cutting tool facilitates the professional opening of the pre-embossed cable openings. With an IP rating of IP55, the boxes of the A-series are installed in less stressed interior areas, such as in attic areas or garages. The smallest edition even fits into downlighter openings. In total, the A-Series includes 5 different sizes with an external dimension of 80 x 43 x 34 mm to 125 x 100 x 40 mm.
T-Series – The strong partner
The T-Series cable junction boxes are significantly more stable and resistant than those of the A-Series. Many types of the T-Series are protected against dust and water jets. With an IP rating of IP55 to IP66, they are suitable for warehouses, sports halls or multi-storey car parks as well as outdoor areas. The T-series has 7 different sizes, from the small-round junction box T25 (Ø80 x 51 mm) to the medium T100 (150 x 116 x 67 mm) to the very large T350 (285 x 201 x 120 mm).
FireBox – safe in the event of a fire
In the event of a fire, every minute is important so that the fire services can save the most important thing – human lives. For this, it is necessary that certain functions retain their ability to work in the event of a fire, the so-called functional preservation. This applies to emergency lighting or other safety-relevant systems. The FireBox is designed for the separate requirements in fire protection, it is halogen-free and has a high-temperature-resistant ceramic connection unit inside. Together with the supplied screw anchors, the FireBox is approved for mounting on concrete, masonry, sand-lime brick and standard brickwork and tested for electrical functional maintenance in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 12, functional maintenance classes E30 to E90. As part of the functional maintenance system, the FireBox thus ensures that safety-relevant systems function reliably over a defined period in the event of a fire. All FireBoxes have protection class IP66.
X-Series – Extreme Performer
In extreme environments because strong mechanical loads, changing weather conditions and large wiring volumes can be expected, the cable junction boxes of the X series are the right choice. Due to the use of halogen-free special plastics based on high-quality polycarbonate, these junction boxes are particularly robust and specially designed for industrial applications with an impact resistance of IK09 and IP rating of IP67 as well as UV-resistant, which is why they are just as suitable for unprotected outdoor areas as they are for dust-rich environments, e.g. on surveillance cameras, in greenhouses or workshops. The X series includes 7 models from the smallest X01 (95 x 95 x 60 mm) to the X02, X04, X06 (190 x 150 x 125 mm) to the X10, X16 and the largest model X25 (286 x 202 x 126 mm.
