Ovia’s Flameguard downlights now with push-fit Flow connector
Ovia continues to invest in its award-winning Flameguard fixed, integrated, fire-rated LED downlights, which are now supplied pre-wired with push-fit Flow connectors which feature push-in, low maintenance terminals to offer another time-saving benefit for installers. In a speed test carried out by Ovia, installation times were compared for these fast fit connectors, versus the equivalent screw terminal versions and typically the fast-fit versions were completed in around half the time.

Knightsbridge’s backlit fans extract air with style
Developed for the upmarket bathroom, Knightsbridge’s latest range of LED backlit extractor fans diffuse a soft blue light and are quiet and refined – just 35dB at 3m – and need no earth because they are double-insulated. Suitable for either walls or ceilings, the four models – EX003T, EX004T, EX005T and EX006T –come in white, black and stainless steel, black and grey respectively. They are also efficient, extracting 90m3/hour for between two to 30 minutes, according to the setting of the adjustable built-in over-run timer.
