It has been another busy year for ECI Lighting as the company continues to expand its highly successful Prelux LED range with the addition of some exciting and innovative new products. Prelux can now offer both indoor and outdoor emergency lighting solutions with the introduction of the Event range. This competitively priced emergency range includes an exit box, standalone, twinspot and an IP65 weatherproof bulkhead for outdoor applications.
The Event range is complemented by the addition of the IP65 Venus bulkhead which also includes four emergency models.
The Venus comes with a tough IK10 impact protection rating which makes it a sturdy choice for outdoor bulkhead applications. The emergency models come with a lithium- ion battery pack that provides up to 3 hours of light when and where it is needed.
The third new addition to the rapidly growing Prelux emergency range is the 58W 5ft Campus surface luminaire which is designed specifically for academic buildings. Also available in standard mode, this slim, contemporary style twin surface fitting provides an efficient 100Lm/W and an excellent quality of luminance for learning environments.
The Prelux fire-rated downlight range has also expanded to include the new GU10 Flame in 6 different models. Fire- rated up to 90 minutes and available in either IP44 or IP65, the Flame range comes with a choice of sleek white or chrome finishes that will enhance any domestic or commercial space. Flame is also available in fixed or tiltable trim for added flexibility.
Speaking of flexibility, the new Task adjustable linear fitting is an exciting addition that offers an ideal solution for retailers. Task has the ability to adjust two parallel linear strips of light at different angles, focusing them independently on opposite sides of the supermarket aisle. Task is available up to 15,000Lm with a choice of three diffusers and can be either surface/track mounted or suspended.
Another innovative addition is the impressive Nova track spot which has the ability to adjust beam angle between 15-90o, providing superior accent lighting for galleries and museums. The beautiful sleek and simple Nova also includes on- board dimming as standard and the CREE COB LEDs provide excellent colour fidelity.
The Nova is perfectly complemented by the new Alina track mounted adjustable linear fitting. Available in 10W or 20W, and with the ability to rotate in both directions, the Alina adds a fresh and contemporary new dimension to the Prelux track mounted range, especially when used in conjunction with an accompanying spotlight from the existing family. The beautifully designed Leo linkable up/down suspended fitting is a striking addition to the office pendant range. The DALI dimmable Leo comes in 50W single or 60W double models and provides an impressive 130Lm/W, while the elegant, eye-catching design gives it the appearance of a much more expensive designer fitting.
The indirect light design of the Dome makes it a notable new complement to the expansive downlight range. Available in 10W or 20W, 3000K or 4000K the Dome provides a soft and even indirect illumination by reflecting the light back from the hemispheric ceiling of the fitting.
The outdoor and garden range has also been enhanced with the introduction of the Beam up/down wall light. With up and down beam angles that are independently adjustable from narrow up to 110o, Beam is capable of producing dozens of different lighting effects in a single, minimalist fitting. Robust, powerful and highly efficient, the new IP65 Garage fitting is the next generation of LED lighting for underground and multi-storey car parks.
Garage produces an exceptional 130Lm/W and provides optimal low glare illumination with a wide 147o beam angle for dark and damp spaces.
For the first time Prelux LED can now also offer IP66 stadium quality floodlights with the outstanding new 125Lm/W Empire Pro and the 135Lm/W Stadium ranges which are capable of producing up to an eye- watering 37,500 lumens. There have also been a number of improvements made to the existing Prelux ranges, with the highly successful Prowler floodlight models being given a stunning sleek new look while the Elsa 600 x 600 panel is now available in a more efficient 26W model.
The Eco LED strip range has also been given a complete overhaul with the addition of a number of new strips as well as controls and accessories, offering lighting professionals another level of flexibility in bringing their creative designs to life.
